CLOSURE OF THE WAITING LIST

I was 60 in October 2009, and Dave is even more ancient.  We have been talking about future retirement, but we could not consider that with people waiting for repairs.

So we closed the waiting list for new repairs at the end of October 2009 but of course continued to accept repairs from those people on our (what had grown to 2 year!) waiting list.

We thought that was the fairest way to prepare for a possible change of lifestyle in the future without walking away from people who have waited a LONG time on our waiting list - I do hope you all understand.

It is now September 2011 and now that the waiting list has been cleared we have decided to have a break until late January 2012 (to finish all those jobs that we've been too busy to finish) and then decide whether to carry on.
