The only way to get a replacement limb exactly the same as the original is to go back to the manufacturer.  Unfortunately companies close down, styles change and spare parts are not retained.
          
I can make replacement cloth arms and legs and, whilst these will not be as rigid as the originals, they will pivot and twist and will cosmetically look the same, especially when they are covered in clothing.
