WAITING LIST Note that Dave and I take on different repairs so if (say) he finishes all his repairs before I do (and calls in more repairs) then repairs BELOW you may be called in before you - until I catch up and get to you. ?? This list position takes into account the number of patients waiting rather than the number of owners. So if the person before you is number 1 and they have 5 repairs waiting, then you will be number 6. This way we can accurately estimate waiting times. | ||
