HOSPITAL WAITING LIST
 

To be added to the waiting list please telephone or send an email so we can add you - we are happy to discuss repair options, costs and examine pictures (if you send them) at the time so you can decide whether you are happy to go ahead.

As soon as  your name gets close to the top of the list and we are ready to take some more patients we will telephone or email you so you can send the items.  Please note that we can only hold your slot open for about 2 weeks before your slot is moved down to the next "intake" - and your repair will thus wait longer when it arrives.  Note that Dave and I take on different repairs so if (say) he finishes all his repairs before I do (and calls in more repairs) then repairs BELOW you may be called in before you - until I catch up and get to you.

Please do not send your repair without arranging it with us first because it will sit in a corner until we have cleared our current repairs and those of the current waiting list - so it could be many months before we will even look at it.

??  This list position now takes into account the number of patients waiting rather than the number of owners.  So if the person before you is number 1 and they have 5 repairs waiting, then you will be number 6.  This way we can more accurately estimate waiting times.   Why have I been bumped down the list?
