The owner wanted this doll repaired for a new grandchild but many years of loving had caused Jemima to look well past her best.   Because she had wood shavings as stuffing it was decided that the best way was not to repair but to "clone" a new Jemima looking like her original best.

Over the years her dungarees had gone missing so a new pair were fashioned from vague memories.  The finished result was soon ready for cuddles and had the advantage that it could be washed.
