JACKO THE MONKEY
          
Jacko the Monkey was a very popular toy but this one was involved in a fight and got torn in half.  There was no option but to make a careful note of his colour scheme and make a new body with new stuffing to replace the old lumpy foam pieces.   His hands, feet and head were sewn in place to complete the transformation.

He also needed new eyes so he could see properly.
