Types of Repair (Re-Stuffing Teddy Bears)

	Some bears were stuffed with foam chips and as time goes by the foam breaks up so that all that is left is a brown sticky powder inside a very flat teddy.            A lot of old teddies have wood shavings inside them.  This can break down over the years.  Also it is not advisable in teddies that will be played with by young children.  Current regulations forbid the use of wood shavings in teddies for children and since it is not washable it is not a practical solution.            Whilst the teddy is empty it is a good time to give him a wash.  The stuffing that I use is fully washable and complies with all EEC regulations.            See prices for the cost of repair which depends on the size of the teddy, bigger teddies or multi-jointed ones will cost more.
