Types of Repair
(Damaged Tiny Tears Joints)

Flexible Tiny Tears legs rely on a plastic pin with a ball on the end.  The ball is held behind a circular plate in the limb and the pin is held into the body with a metal circlip or glued plastic pin.

Either the pin breaks or the metal circlip rusts away after lots of doll baths, a bad design feature that seems to have been cured in the more modern Tiny Tears although this adds to the repair cost because the body cup usually has to be replaced as well.
We have exhausted our small supply of these pins so currently we cannot change them and cannot find another supplier of them.  We are trying to think of a viable alternative.

Arm repair is a problem as the joint is different and the only solution is to replace the arm.  We have some spares but it is often difficult to  match a doll's  body colour.
